Professional Experience: A professional photographer for over 25 years, starting out as an apprentice at United States Gypsum Co. in Chicago in 1974. After graduating design school, worked in the photo department of Johnson Publishing Co. as a lab technician. Upon leaving JPC, began what turned out to be an eighteen-year relationship with Photo Ideas, Inc. as a staff Photographer. Honed skills there as a corporate photographer. Soon began shooting for some of the most influential companies and organizations in the country, going from studio, to boardroom, to construction site, sometimes in a single day. It was this experience that made John well rounded and the most requested photographer in the company.

In 1999, started WCP, providing cost effective creative photography to corporate, public relations, and governmental agencies.
